Searching for a Bussmann data center fuse often starts with a product family—CUBEFuse, CCP2, QSCP, CCPLP, SC, or Low-Peak—but procurement and engineering ultimately work with catalog numbers. A single change in suffix can identify a different ampere rating, pole count, indication option, terminal style, or operating mechanism. That is why a model-rich product guide is useful: it connects the architecture-level discussion to the exact naming patterns that appear in specifications, bills of material, spare-parts lists, and submittals.
This guide organizes more than 150 Eaton Bussmann series model and catalog-number examples used across data center switchboards, PDUs, RPPs, busway plug-in units, rack PDUs, and cabinet distribution units. It is a discovery guide—not a substitute for the current data sheet or an engineered selection. Availability, ratings, accessories, and ordering structures should always be verified before purchase.

Most Bussmann catalog numbers combine a family code with one or more configuration fields. TCF40 identifies a 40 A indicating time-delay CUBEFuse, while TCF40RN identifies the non-indicating version. CCP2-3-60CF identifies a three-pole, 60 A Class CF Compact Circuit Protector switch. CCPLP-2-20G-P identifies a two-pole, 20 A Class G low-profile disconnect with pressure-plate terminals.
Read every catalog number as a complete specification. The family, ampere rating, voltage, AC/DC duty, time-delay or fast-acting characteristic, indication option, poles, terminal style, mounting, and compatible fuse range all matter. Similar-looking model numbers are not automatically interchangeable.
The Class CF Low-Peak CUBEFuse uses the TCF family code. Current Data Sheet No. 9000 lists indicating TCF models from 6 A to 400 A and non-indicating TCF…RN models from 1 A to 400 A. Models through 100 A carry up to a 300 kA AC interrupting rating; 110–400 A models carry a 200 kA AC interrupting rating under the published conditions.
Time-delay CUBEFuse models are commonly considered for feeders and branch circuits with temporary inrush or cycling. The correct ampere rating must still protect the conductors and equipment while satisfying load, ambient, coordination, and equipment-listing requirements.
Fast-acting Class CF CUBEFuse uses the FCF…RN family code. Eaton positions this family for faster response in applications such as UPS and other critical equipment where the load and equipment protection study supports a fast-acting fuse.
Do not replace a TCF with an FCF—or an FCF with a TCF—based only on matching ampere ratings. Their operating characteristics differ, and the coordination, inrush, conductor protection, and equipment documentation must be reviewed.
For applications that require a fuse holder rather than a fused disconnect, the TCFH family provides ampacity rejection and compact mounting. A fuse holder is not automatically a branch-circuit disconnect; use a UL 98 disconnect such as CCP2 when the design requires load isolation in the same device.
The published fuse ranges are 1–30 A for TCFH30N, 1–60 A for TCFH60N, 1–100 A for TCFH100N, 110–200 A for TCFH200N, 110–225 A for TCFH225N, and 110–400 A for TCFH400N. Higher-current holders require the lugs and shrouds specified in the data sheet.
CCP2 is the current-generation UL 98 Class CF fused disconnect family that supersedes legacy CCP references in older literature. The catalog number identifies pole count, switch rating, and Class CF compatibility.
The 30, 60, and 100 A CCP2 frame accepts CUBEFuse ratings at or below its switch rating. The 200 and 400 A versions use the high-amp CUBEFuse ranges defined in Data Sheet No. 10801. Switch rating, fuse rating, conductor ampacity, and equipment rating must all be checked independently.
The bolt-mounted CCP2B is used primarily in the Bussmann Quik-Spec Coordination Panelboard (QSCP). It is available in one-, two-, and three-pole versions with standard rejection ratings through 100 A.
QSCP itself is a configured-to-order panelboard rather than one universal stock model. A QSCP specification should identify system voltage, phase, main rating, bus rating, SCCR, branch positions, branch disconnect ratings, enclosure, feed arrangement, indication, monitoring, and optional surge protection.
CCPLP is a low-profile fused disconnect available for Class G, Class CC, and UL midget fuses. The suffix identifies fuse class and terminal type: S indicates screw terminals and P indicates pressure-plate terminals.
Compatible Bussmann fuse families include SC for the Class G version; LP-CC, FNQ-R, and KTK-R for the Class CC version; and FNM, FNQ, KTK, BAF, or KLM for appropriate midget-fuse applications. The Class G and Class CC versions provide different SCCR levels, so the complete CCPLP catalog number and installed fuse must be verified together.
The CUBEFuse platform is only one part of the Bussmann data center protection stack. Rack branches, feeders, switchboards, and larger distribution equipment may use other Low-Peak or current-limiting fuse families.
These examples span very different fuse classes, case sizes, current ranges, and applications. Never select a fuse solely because its ampere rating matches another model. Fuse class, physical rejection, voltage, speed, interrupting rating, current limitation, equipment listing, and coordination data must match the circuit.
A complete design often needs more than the fuse and disconnect. Current Bussmann literature identifies monitoring, lockout, mounting, lug, shroud, rotary-mechanism, handle, and auxiliary-contact options.
Accessory compatibility depends on switch frame, ampere rating, pole count, operator orientation, enclosure, lug package, and installation geometry. A model appearing in the same data sheet does not mean it fits every CCP2 configuration.
Main switchboard and large feeders: Low-Peak KRP-C Class L, LPJ Class J, or LPS-RK Class RK1 models may provide the required feeder ampacity, current limitation, and upstream coordination.
PDU and RPP: configured QSCP assemblies use CCP2B branch disconnects with TCF or FCF CUBEFuse models; selected high-amp branches can use CCP2 models where supported by the QSCP configuration.
Busway plug-in unit: CCP2-1/2/3-(30/60/100)CF with a correctly selected TCF or FCF CUBEFuse provides a compact fused disconnect platform.
Rack PDU or CDU: CCPLP Class G with SC fuses or CCPLP Class CC with LP-CC, FNQ-R, or KTK-R may support compact branch protection when used in a listed equipment design.
Fuse-only holder application: TCFH30N through TCFH400N provide CUBEFuse mounting, but the system may still require a separate disconnect.
After identifying a candidate Bussmann model, verify system voltage and grounding, AC/DC duty, ampere rating, continuous load, inrush, number of poles, conductor ampacity, terminal rating, ambient temperature, available fault current, fuse interrupting rating, complete-equipment SCCR, selective coordination, arc-flash results, enclosure, monitoring, spare strategy, and local code requirements.
For replacement work, match the complete catalog number unless the equipment manufacturer and the current Bussmann documentation provide an approved alternative. For new designs, record the selected catalog number, data-sheet revision, required accessories, coordination basis, and equipment SCCR in the submittal package.
Bussmann data center protection is a connected portfolio rather than one fuse model. TCF and FCF CUBEFuse protect compact branches; CCP2 and CCP2B provide fused isolation; QSCP organizes PDU/RPP circuits; CCPLP and SC address rack-level protection; LPJ, LPS-RK, and KRP-C extend the strategy upstream. Using the full catalog number at every level makes the design easier to specify, procure, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain.
