4. Before and after the thunderstorm season and after a thunderstorm, the lightning protection devices of the photovoltaic array should be inspected promptly to ensure their functionality.
5. The five prevention devices should be regularly checked, and without permission, the five prevention interlock devices should not be disengaged.
6. The Photovoltaic Power Station must maintain reliable communication with the dispatch center and strictly follow dispatch orders. In emergencies that endanger personal and equipment safety, the site regulations should be followed first, and the dispatch department should be notified immediately after handling the situation.
7. Regular inspections should be conducted for fire prevention and theft prevention equipment and facilities to ensure safety measures are in place.
8. Seasonal inspections should be carried out for equipment, facilities, and materials for cold protection, flood prevention, and high-temperature resistance to adapt to environmental changes.
9. Secondary protection, reinforcement, encryption, and isolation devices should be inspected monthly, and virus databases should be regularly updated as needed or according to dispatch requirements.
1. Before working within the photovoltaic array frame, the voltage on the aluminum frame and support of the photovoltaic modules should be tested and confirmed to be zero.
2. In cold, humid, and salt-corrosive areas, for single-axis or dual-axis tracking photovoltaic frames that have been out of operation for more than a week, the motor insulation should be measured and confirmed qualified before resuming operation.
3. After strong winds, hail, heavy rain, and thunderstorms, a comprehensive visual inspection of the photovoltaic modules should be conducted.
4. A comprehensive inspection of the foundation, support, and grounding network of the photovoltaic array should be conducted every three months.
5. The azimuth and elevation angle rotation mechanisms of single-axis and dual-axis tracking photovoltaic frames should be checked monthly.
1. From May to October each year, it is recommended to conduct a thorough inspection of the lightning protection devices in the Combiner Box monthly.
2. In March and September each year, the sealing performance and fire blocking of the Combiner Box should be carefully inspected.
3. Before energizing the Combiner Box, the wiring, grounding, and polarity connections of the photovoltaic modules inside the box should be thoroughly checked. For outdoor Combiner Boxes, opening operations should not be performed in rainy or snowy conditions.
4. Fuses in the Combiner Box should not be installed or replaced while the system is running.
5. When working inside the Combiner Box, ensure the circuit breaker is off and the system is shut down. Operators should wear rubber shoes and insulated gloves and use dry materials for wiping to prevent high voltage electric shock.
1. Monthly temperature measurements of the AC and DC cable heads inside the distribution cabinet should be conducted.
2. The surge protectors on the output side of the DC bus should be checked monthly.
3. The distribution cabinet should undergo a thorough cleaning at least once a year.
1. Keep the inverter clean by thoroughly cleaning it at least once every six months.
2. Annually, perform a health check on the inverter’s emergency stop function, testing it 1-2 times, and ensure the remote start-stop function is sensitive.
3. Ensure that there is no debris accumulation around the air inlets and outlets of the inverter during operation to maintain smooth airflow.
4. If unusual vibrations or noises are detected in the cooling fan, immediately power off and inspect.
5. Do not open the inverter cabinet door during operation. For testing purposes, ensure DC, AC, and control power are cut off and no voltage remains before proceeding under supervision.
1. In the event of an accident, immediately initiate the corresponding emergency plan and report the accident as required.
2. Handling accidents in booster stations (switching stations), local booster transformers, and collection lines should follow GB26859, GB26860, DL/T572, DL/T574, DL/T587, and DL/T741 regulations.
3. In emergencies that endanger personal and equipment safety, immediate action can be taken without a work ticket, with the duty chief’s permission. The measures and reasons for operating without a work ticket must be recorded in the operation log by the duty supervisor (duty chief).
4. During emergency accident handling, work tickets are not required, but an accident repair sheet must be filled out. After the accident, a truthful record of the accident occurrence, handling, and safety measures taken must be kept. Follow-up work should be done with work tickets.
5. If someone gets electrocuted, immediately cut off the power supply, separate the person from the power source, and initiate the electric shock emergency treatment plan.
6. If a photovoltaic module or connecting cable catches fire, immediately cut off the corresponding Combiner Box switch, remove the corresponding DC fuse, and quickly take fire extinguishing measures.
7. If the Combiner Box catches fire, immediately cut off the input switch inside the corresponding switch cabinet and quickly take fire extinguishing measures.
8. When the Combiner Box fuse blows or there is a fault at the connection between components, cut off the corresponding Combiner Box DC switch before handling it.
9. In case of an input short circuit, the Combiner Box input switch should be turned off. Do not break fuses or isolation switches that do not have DC breaking capacity under load.
10. When hot spot effects occur in photovoltaic modules, monitoring should be strengthened. If there is a risk of fire, replace it immediately; if a fire occurs, immediately disconnect the photovoltaic string on that circuit from the grid side.
11. If the MPPT controller exhibits abnormal sounds, burnt smells, smoke, or potential water damage, immediately disconnect the input and output switches.
12. If the inverter exhibits abnormal sounds, burnt smells, or smoke, stop the inverter immediately.
13. If the inverter catches fire, immediately cut off the Combiner Box switch and the high and low voltage side switches of the local booster transformer before extinguishing the fire.
