When some EV customers selecting the fuse, we find that they are using normal high speed fuse instead of EV fuse. This is abnormal.

9, Fuse application different: EV fuse is mormal used in a moving surroundings, high speed fuse is used in stable, fixed environment;
10, The design between EV fuse and high speed fuse is different, EV fuse need to design base on JASO and TS16949, High speed fuse mainly design base on UL standard;
11, The Process:
Due to EV fuse is working in moving environment, The arc-quenching filler and the fixing process is totally different when normal high speed fuse;
Also, the curing time is at least 10~50% longer than high speed fuse, Normally in 1 week time;
12, Installation way
EV fuse, mostly are assemblied with screw to avoid poor contact;
High speed fuse, with multiple installation, no limitation.
