1. High-Density Hardware Architecture

· Seamless Integration: More than 99.5% of the internal equipment uses copper busbar connections, providing greater current capacity and saving 20% of the space for IT deployment.

· Prefabricated Design: The product is pre-designed, pre-assembled, and pre-tested at the factory, reducing on-site installation time by 50% and labor by 80%. This flexible, prefabricated solution can be customized and scaled as needed, enabling customers to quickly launch new services.

Core Components:

Medium and Low-Voltage Switchgear

· Manufactured at Eaton's Changzhou facility, the switchgear complies with the EQMS quality management system. The ET1 medium-voltage switchgear supports main bus currents up to 4000A and passes GB and IEC standards with vacuum arc technology and epoxy insulation.


· The XIRIA Plus solid-insulated ring main unit, with a minimum cabinet width of 350mm, is maintenance-free, eco-friendly, and offers safe, visible grounding functionality to ensure reliable data center operation.


UPS Systems

· Eaton's 93PR UPS, produced at its Shenzhen facility, delivers a single-unit capacity of 600 kVA with over 99% efficiency in AC direct supply mode. For high-density, large-scale computing centers, Eaton’s 9395XR UPS can be flexibly configured to provide up to 1.8MW per cabinet, increasing space efficiency by 70% compared to traditional systems.


Maintenance-Free Dry-Type Transformers

· Eaton's dry-type transformers, covering voltage levels from 6-35kV, feature high insulation quality, a fully enclosed design, and are moisture-resistant, environmentally friendly, and maintenance-free. They ensure reliable, efficient power under harsh outdoor conditions.
