The PKZM0-0.16 from Moeller is a compact manual motor protector that safeguards motors against overload and short-circuit conditions. Its adjustable thermal range covers 0.1–0.16A, while a 2.2A magnetic trip provides short-circuit protection; together, these ratings support coordination with motor nameplate full-load currents. Suitable for group installations under NEC 430-53 and CEC Part 1, Rule 28-206, the device eliminates the need for individual motor branch-circuit protection. This 0.16A, 3P unit is UL listed and CSA certified, with an interrupting capacity of up to 50kA at 600V AC. Compatibility with both fuses and breakers helps reduce cost and panel space in industrial control panels.
