PKZM0-4 Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The Moeller PKZM0-4 is a manual, three-pole (3P) motor protective circuit breaker with a 4A rating, designed to provide overload and short-circuit protection for motors. Its adjustable thermal current range of 2.5–4A allows the protection setting to align with a motor’s nameplate full-load current, while the 56A magnetic trip response addresses short-circuit events. The device has a 50kA short-circuit interrupting capacity at 600V AC and is rated for use with fuses or breakers up to 600A, making it suitable for industrial control panels. UL listed and CSA certified, it supports motor loads up to 1 HP at 230V and 2 HP at 460V. Group installation approval under NEC 430-53 and CEC Part 1, Rule 28-206 helps reduce wiring costs and save panel space.
