PKZM0-6.3/SP Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The PKZM0-6.3/SP by Moeller is a three-phase (3P) manual motor protective circuit breaker for motor and branch-circuit overload and short-circuit protection. Its adjustable thermal range spans 4–6.3 A, while the magnetic trip setting is 88 A, supporting a wide variety of industrial applications. UL/CSA motor horsepower ratings are 1.5 HP at 230 V and 3 HP at 460 V. Certified by UL and CSA as a Type E self-protected combination controller, the unit combines overload, short-circuit, disconnect, and controller functions in one compact assembly, eliminating the need for external fuses or breakers. This integration supports cost and space savings in control panels. Installation is approved for group installations under NEC 430.53 and CEC Rule 28-206. The device can also work with magnetic contactors for remote operation and serve as a Type E starter for grounded Wye systems above 240 V.
