PKZM0-1.6-T Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The Moeller PKZM0-1.6-T is a manual motor protector intended for inductive loads and motor applications with elevated inrush current. This 3-phase, 1.6A device combines overload and short-circuit protection, with an adjustable thermal setting range of 1–1.6A and a magnetic trip response of 32A. Its short-circuit current capacity is rated at 50kA at 600V AC. The unit is UL listed and CSA certified for group installation under NEC 430-53 and CEC Rule 28-206, allowing separate branch circuit overcurrent protection for each motor to be omitted. This arrangement reduces wiring complexity, installation cost, and panel space while maintaining applicable compliance and safety requirements.
