DILM225/22 (RDC60) Eaton Contactor

The Eaton Moeller DILM225/22 (RDC60) is a three-pole contactor built for DC operation with a 48-60 V DC control supply and screw connections. Its AC-3 operational ratings of 225 A at 400 V and 110 kW at 400 V, 50 Hz, identify its use for motor load switching within those stated conditions. The 380/400 V identification and 1000 V insulation rating define the relevant voltage class, while the 2250 A breaking capacity at 400 V specifies interruption duty. Two normally open and two normally closed auxiliary contacts support control circuit requirements. Rated conventional thermal current is 386 A at 40°C in the open, three-pole condition. The unit operates at up to 200 operations per hour, has a mechanical lifespan of 10,000,000 operations when DC operated, and carries IP00 protection. For DC versions, dropout occurs from 0.2 x US max to 0.6 US min.
