The Eaton NZM1-XU48AC is an undervoltage release accessory designed for NZM1 circuit breakers and switch-disconnectors. Rated for 48V AC, the unit supports non-delayed tripping when control voltage falls below 35–70% of rated supply. This operating range provides the required undervoltage response for compatible equipment and control arrangements. The accessory is commonly applied in Emergency-Stop systems to support safe disconnection and prevents unintended reconnection while undervoltage conditions exist. It is intended for use with NZM1(-4) and N(N/O)1(-4) breakers. Installation compatibility excludes early-make auxiliary contacts (XHIV) and shunt releases (XA), which must not be combined with this release.
