PKZ2/ZM-1/S-SP Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The PKZ2/ZM-1/S-SP is a 3-pole, 1 A motor protective circuit breaker configured as a manual motor starter. It integrates overload and magnetic trip protection in a single device and is certified UL/CSA Type E. The unit comprises the PKZ2/S-SP basic module with contactor, ZM-1-PKZ2 overload relay (adjustable thermal range 0.6–1 A), and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mount. Magnetic trip adjustment spans 8–14 A. It supports up to 1/2 HP at 230 V. Features include plug-in trip module, phase-loss sensitivity, and built-in auxiliary contacts. No external backup overcurrent protection is required to achieve full interrupting capacity. The design permits direct mounting and accessory integration.
