PKZ2/ZM-4/S-SP Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The PKZ2/ZM-4/S-SP is a 4A, 3-pole motor protective circuit breaker classified as a manual motor starter and UL/CSA Type E combination motor controller. It consists of the PKZ2/S-SP base module with contactor, ZMR-4-PKZ2 overload relay (thermal range: 2.4–4 A), and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mounting adapter. Certified to UL 508 and CSA 22.2, it provides self-protection via integrated overload and magnetic trip functions. The magnetic trip is adjustable from 35–55 A. Motor rating capacity is up to 1 HP at 230 V and 2 HP at 460 V; the contactor is factory-rated for up to 30 HP at 460 V. Phase-loss protection and integrated auxiliary contacts are included. No backup overcurrent protection is required.
