PKZ2/ZM-16/S-SP Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The PKZ2/ZM-16/S-SP is a 3-pole, 16 A motor protective circuit breaker configured as a manual motor starter. It provides integrated overload and magnetic trip protection without requiring supplemental overcurrent devices. Certified to UL 508 and CSA 22.2 standards as Type E, it includes the PKZ2/S-SP base module with contactor, ZMR-16-PKZ2 overload relay (thermal range 10–16 A), and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mount. Magnetic trip occurs between 130 A and 220 A. Motor sizing support is up to 5 HP at 230 V and 10 HP at 460 V.
