PKZ2/ZMR-4/S Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The PKZ2/ZMR-4/S is a 3-pole, 4 A motor protective circuit breaker functioning as a manual motor starter. It integrates a PKZ2 basic module, ZMR-4-PKZ2 overload relay (adjustable 2.4–4 A), S-PKZ2 high-capacity magnetic contactor, and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mount. Magnetic trip occurs between 35 A and 55 A. Motor rating support is up to 1 HP at 230 V and 2 HP at 460 V. It carries UL listing and CSA certification. Group installation approval complies with NEC 430-53(c) and CEC Rule 28-206, permitting multiple PKZ2 starters on a single branch circuit protective device. The unit provides coordinated overload trip and short-circuit protection in one self-protected assembly.
