PKZ2/ZMR-6/S Eaton Motor Protective Circuit Breaker

The PKZ2/ZMR-6/S is a 3-pole, 6 A motor protective circuit breaker functioning as a manual motor starter. It integrates a PKZ2 basic module, ZMR-6-PKZ2 overload relay with adjustable thermal trip range of 4–6 A, S-PKZ2 high-capacity magnetic contactor, and C-PKZ2 DIN rail mount. Magnetic trip occurs between 50–80 A. Rated for motors up to 1.5 HP at 230 V and 3 HP at 460 V. Certified to UL and CSA standards. Approved for group installation per NEC 430-53(c) and CEC Rule 28-206. Designed to serve as self-protected motor controller without requiring separate branch-circuit overcurrent protection for each motor.
