In 2019, the total sales volume of new energy vehicles in China is 918,593 sets, including 714,333 sets pure electric vehicles and 204,260 sets hybrid electric vehicles, accounting for 22.2%. According to the above data, last year's domestic sales volume of BMW 5-series plug-in hybrid cars reached 25,586 units. BYD's Tang DM and Volkswagen's new Passat plug-in hybrids ranked second and third, with 22,002 and 17,531 units respectively. Roewe ei6 and Volkswagen Tiguan l plug-in hybrid ranked fourth and fifth, with sales of 15,453 and 11,343 units respectively. Different from the pure electric vehicle sales list, joint venture brands and luxury brands have entered the top five of the list. AB Power believes that with more and more pure electric vehicles coming into the market of joint venture brands and luxury brands, it is believed that the sales pattern of the whole pure electric vehicle market will be open.

In China, there are some big customers just like Didi, Shenzhou more taxi companies. They will buy cars in big amount in 1 time. The most popular selling brand in Taxi companies is: Roewe E i6, it with selling amount of 9,580 sets in Y2019.

For personnel well-known electric vehicles, BYD and BMW series cars are very strong on sales.

What’s more, In Y2019, within the top 5 vehicles complaint, SAIC EU model with 0.9% and GAC Aion S model 2.5%. This shows that the quality reputation of electric vehicles is obviously better than that of traditional fuel vehicles.

On these Electric Vehicles，BYD are using Bussmann  EV fuse  series in BMS;

SAIC are using  TE  connecting system in vehicle body.

Telsa, and Tesla EV charger are all using Bussmann  DC fuses  and  semiconductor fuses.

GM is using  Molex  connector in controlling system.
