1. Are you an authorized distributor?

Yes ,We are. Pls ask us the authorized distributor license through Email.

2. Is your fuse/ breakers original and authentic?

We live by selling Eaton's products. If someone complains that we sell fake goods, 

Eaton will cancel our agency qualification. We don't need to make the company unable to survive for such a small amount of money.

3. Why can't you find your agent qualification information on Eaton's official website?

This is the number of bussmann's headquarters:xxxxxx, You can call them to Veiry .Our distribution number is :XXXXXX

The entire Eaton division is very large, So Eaton does not put all distributor's  name on website .

4. How long is your lead time?

EATON has many factories globally,  the delivery time of each factory is different. :

1.EATON's China plant lead time  is about 4-8 weeks, 

2.EATON's Hungarian factory lead time  is about 12-16 weeks.

3.  EATON's Mexican and Indian plants lead time is about 14-20 weeks. 

4.The delivery time of specific parts is also different, for hot-selling products,there maybe in-transit orders or inventory.

5. What certification do you have for your products?

EATON's products are usually with certification of  CE,UL,IEC,CSA,CCC,etc.

6. Can you provide CO&CQ?

At present, products  made in China can provide official COO&COQ certification, while product in other regions, we can only provide quality certification COQ.

EATON only provid  CO&CQ to   the end customer, if you are a trading company, we can only provide our CO&CQ certification.

7. What's your product  SPQ?

We sell in multiples of the SPQ (smallest package quntity )  without unpacking the originel package. 

We will rewise the quoted quantity  according to the SPQ.

8. What is the difference between a product with BK in front and one without BK?

BK just distinguishes its outer packaging.
